1. How do I find the products I need?

From our home page, there are at least three ways to find what you want by following these steps:

  • From the side menu there are direct links to different informational pages and available merchandise.From the same page, click on the table of contents
  • from the pictures of merchandise you are looking for and you will be directed to the proper items, price and description.

 

2. How do I shop online?

From when you view the product and description and you want to purchase the item follow these steps.

Click . This button adds the item to your shopping basket. Putting something in your shopping basket does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your basket, you can choose to place the order immediately, or continue shopping by going back to the previous page by clicking the Back button of your web browser or push the button on the Shopping Cart page . You can put as many items as you want in your shopping basket.

5. Why can't I connect securely to your server?

If you have problem ordering is because you missed to entered all required fields or your spywere protection and or firewall is not permitting you to connect. call us or email us at: sales@heelingtouch.com. Also you can pressed ordering  by following  the no secure method.

 


6. Why do you collect personal information?

When you place an order with us, you will be asked for certain personal information; your name, address, telephone number, Email address, and your credit card number and expiration date. All are required in order to presses your order. Missing any off them can dilate the shipping.

Also HeelingTouch.Com deletes all credit cards numbers at the end of each month. We do not have access of your card number after that.

The operation of our site is in our control only and we will never provide or sell any of your personal information to any outside company for any use. We would only use your Email address to contact you regarding your order if necessary to provide you with the best service possible. If you received e mail by us in the future is because you subscribe to receive discount offers or coupons by us. If you no longer want to receive Heeling Touch e-mails, just click Unsubscribe and type unsubscribe at Subject in the Subject line.

11. What happens if I have not received my order?

If you do not received your order within 12 days from day ordered, we will forward you the tracking number so you can trace the place of delivery.

If you contact us with questions concerning an order you placed with us you need to refer to your Order ID number. You find the Order ID number in the order confirmation email you received after submitting your order. When contacting us via email please enter the Order ID number in the subject line. To prevent spam and viruses emails without an order number in the subject line will be deleted.
