Domestic Shipping:

The estimated shipping/handling rates in your shopping cart, are based on the merchandise total of your order. We use estimates because it is not possible for us to know the exact shipping charge for your order until we know the total weight of your order, number of boxes needed to ship your order, and your address. For many of our customers, the actual shipping/handling charge is less than the actual cost.

However, because we also ship liquid products consider to be restricted items. In accordance with federal laws certain materials listed as (ORM-D) must be shipped by ground only. There are consider by USPS Hazards materials and cannot be shipped by air. The actual shipping/handling may be more in some cases. We will notify you before shipping your order if the actual shipping/handling turns out to be substantially more than the estimate. We will NOT charge your credit card without your authorization.

Restricted Items Include: Products that contain flammable volatile or corrosive chemicals, aerosol-type products. Spray cans, such as most shoe polishes liquid or wax, leather cleaners/conditioners/waterproofing cans as well as all Shoe Care Products fall under these guidelines. 

 Delivery Time:

Our goal is to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt, except all Cedar Product are made as the order arrived will take 3-6 extra days to be possessed and shipped. Please note that orders placed on weekends on holidays will not be processed until the following regular business day.

If you choose to upgrade your shipping method it means updating the transportation time not the total time of receiving the order. Choosing to upgrade shipping option does not mean your order will automatically arrive 1, 2, 3 days after you submit your order, but 1, 2, 3 days after regular processing time.

Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays).

If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted within two business days from the receipt of your order and given an opportunity to either change or cancel your order. Note: You will be contacted by email. Please make sure that you will receive emails sent by us and please check your emails (including spam folders).

If you did not receive your order within 14 business days (counting from the next business day following your order) please contact customer service 763.420.4131 during regular business hours.

When contacting us by email please enter Delivery Times or Order ID #:  into the subject line. Emails without a subject line will be deleted. 

International Shipping:

The listed International rates for shipping are estimates. We reserve the right to charge the actual shipping cost to your order based on the weight, way of shipping and location shipped if the actual cost is grater than one listed. 

 Delivery Time:

On International orders the delivery times depends on where you are located and the Shipping Option you have chosen. Is out of our control to track the package. According to the post office estimated time of arrival 4-10 days. After we ship the order we do not have any control of tracking the package. All depend after that from your central, regional or local post office. From our experience order have been taking to arrive any time between 1 to 3 weeks some time. A package can be hold for custom inspection up to 30 days. After that can be delivered or return to us. In that case we will contact you for farther instruction for reshipping it or a refund if you wish.

Customs Duties & Taxes (Non-US destinations)  

International customers will be required by their country to pay import duties and /or VAT (Value Added Taxes) before they receive their package. These rates vary by country. Please take note of this extra cost are not included with your merchandise and shipping charges. These charges are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government by you. If you have any questions about international orders, please e-mail us.
