General Shipping Information
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on www.heelingtouch.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. All orders have a $7.00 minimum charge to cover actual shipping and handling charges.
Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and is a possibility they will arriving from one or more warehouses, and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges.. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.
Upgrading your Shipping Method
Generally, you will have the option for upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as 3rd Day, or 2nd Day service). Before you submit your order on the final step you need to choose your upgrading shipping method. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method it means updating the transportation time not the total time of receiving the order. Upgrading does not guaranty your order will automatically arrive 2 or 3 days after submitting an order. Some product takes longer than normal to be possessed and shipped. Usually all Cedar Product are made as the order arrived will take 3-5 more business days to be possessed and shipped. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Incorrect Address Information
Packages lost due to incorrect address information are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information. There is a $10.00 UPS service charge for packages that have incorrect or invalid addresses. If a shipment is returned to us or delivered to the wrong place due to wrong or invalid address, we will make every effort to contact you and arrange for a subsequent shipment, to a corrected address.
Contact Concerning Shipping
If you contact us with questions concerning an order you placed with us you need to refer to your Order ID number. You find the Order ID number in the order confirmation email you received after submitting your order. When contacting us via email please enter the Order ID number in the subject line. To prevent spam and viruses emails without an order number in the subject line will be deleted. Domestic Shipping Options (48 Contiguous United States)
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on www.heelingtouch.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Most items may be shipped with USPS Air Service. You can expect your order to arrive within 5-12 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States and Canada an additional $12.00 over our regular shipping and handling charges will
UPS
Items larger than 75lb may be shipped to locations in Canada via UPS Air Service. You can expect your order to arrive within 5-12 business days, an additional $25.00 over our regular shipping and handling charges will apply.
Canadian customer be aware. Orders shipped by UPS have an extra broker fee above of all others charges. The HeelingTouch.Com cannot refund any of these charges on returns or exchanges.

Customs Duties & Taxes (Non-US destinations
International customers will be required by their country to pay import duties and or VAT (Value Added Taxes) before they receive their package. These rates vary by country. Please take note of this extra cost are not included with your merchandise and shipping charges. These charges are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government by you. The HeelingTouch.Com cannot refund any of these charges on returns or exchanges. The listed International rates for upgrading are estimates. We reserve the right to charge the actual shipping cost to your order based on the weight, way of shipping and location shipped if the actual cost is grater than one listed.

U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Restrictions on Air Shipping
Most of our packages are delivered by a combination of air and ground transportation. But the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap.
PLEASE NOTE: Domestic customers, All (ORM-D) products will be shipped by ground transportation. in accordance with federal laws. Such products are generally listed in this web site as (ORM-D). We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance with DOT rules. That's why we require ground-only delivery, at our Standard Shipping rate, for orders that contain DOT-restricted products.
**** HeelingTouch.Com will ship any DOT-restricted products separately via Ground if you have selected other than Standard Ground Shipping. Credit will be issued on product not delivered.
