MERCHANDISE RETURN AND WARRANTY

REASON FOR RETURNING: Products or shipment error by us. We will not except returns without prior authorization or after 30 day. A 10% fee on all return order will apply. Open Shoe Lace boxes or partial used Shoe Care Product are not returnable. If they are return they will not receive any credit. Click here Returns/Exchange for instruction.

NO return CODs excepted.

WARRANTY: Claims direct to the manufacturer of the products. If shipment arrives damaged, contact the carrier, because the damage claim must filed with the carrier.
